See Jack’s info re Evergreen Fellowship info on responsibilities

important. Retain MusiComm.

add to congregation to increase pledges first?? Personnel comm. has format
for job description.
Budget
We gave up 5 events from Ryc, 1/10th of budget. Rex would like to
tell Board what we did NOT do because of reduction. 1.No youth events. 2. No
Guitar
class. 3. No outside or extra concerts for choir. 4. No choral workshop (missed).
5. No Ryc’s fundraiser concert. Rex will send a letter through MusiComm
to Board about what we have not done due to a $1000.00 reduction in budget,
and we anticipate not having this deficit in future.
Bring up paying accompanists and featured musicians an honorarium. We are putting
money toward depreciation fund for piano and chimes.
Erica: Presented donation envelope that First Church uses to obtain funds for
quality music show. Could we propose a music morning such as that? Discuss
in future.
Norma Walters sent 100.00 check to go towards Tapestry project. We will send
her a thank you.
Rex: Contradance evening? Enrichment to do? Or MusiComm?? Bring up in future.
Closing
Rex.
